Director of Web

Job Summary

Leading the web strategy and delivery for two brands, the full-time Director of Web will manage web project standards, oversee multi-client web delivery, and drive innovation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own web project standards, design/dev operating model, and innovation for HIP and Neon Canvas
• Unify HIP and Neon Canvas's web operations into one cohesive model and ensure on-time launches and quality
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and the service line's P&L, including growth and expansion strategies

Required qualifications

• 2+ years as a Director of Web or equivalent at a similar-sized agency managing multi-client web delivery across 500+ accounts
• Direct experience unifying web delivery across two brands into a single operating model
• 6+ years in web design and development delivery, ideally in an agency setting, with strong command of WordPress and modern build stacks
• 2+ years of experience leading other managers, not just individual specialists
• Proven ability in change management and standardizing operations across teams
