Job Summary

Owning Seekr's digital presence, the full-time salaried Director of Web and Digital will manage the strategy and execution of web properties, SEO, and AEO initiatives, collaborating with various marketing functions and external agencies to optimize brand expression and conversion mechanisms.

Key responsibilities

• Set the strategy for Seekr's web property, directing agency execution and personally crafting content as needed
• Build and oversee the SEO and AEO programs, optimizing discoverability across AI search interfaces and coordinating with marketing teams on content strategies
• Manage digital analytics and web agency relationships, ensuring effective outcomes and scaling engagement where appropriate

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in web and digital marketing, with at least three years managing a technical B2B company's web property
• Strong portfolio in technical SEO and content SEO, with knowledge of Core Web Vitals and competitive SEO practices
• Hands-on experience in AEO and a commitment to developing the practice over the last year
• Experience managing external web agencies, ensuring quality and transitioning to in-house production when necessary
• Proficient in web analytics and conversion rate optimization, with demonstrated use of AI tools for digital workflow acceleration
