Director of Web Development

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Director of Web Development to provide technical leadership and strategic direction in a remote, full-time role, focusing on developing the company's technology roadmap, implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring system functionality and security.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop technical strategies aligned with business goals and implement new technologies for competitive advantage
• Supervise system infrastructure, ensuring functionality, security, and efficiency while building quality assurance and compliance processes
• Communicate technology strategies to stakeholders and support growth by cultivating partner relationships and expanding customer opportunities

Required qualifications:

• BS/BA/MA/MS in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in a technology leadership role, preferably in Marketing/Consumer Ad Tech
• 8+ years in organizational management with a strong financial acumen and experience leading complex contractual relationships
• Proven track record of technology innovation and implementation in an agile environment
• Deep understanding of cloud-based hosting technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
