Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional web development experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• 10+ years of hands-on WordPress development experience, including custom themes and plugins
• Strong expertise in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern web architectures
• Experience leading enterprise-scale, high-traffic WordPress platforms
• Proven experience in performance optimization and technical SEO best practices
