Job Summary

Leading the strategy and operations of a global web ecosystem, the full-time Director of Web Operations will oversee teams and processes to deliver scalable digital experiences that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the governance and operational management of the company's web ecosystem, ensuring alignment with marketing and business objectives
• Lead a multidisciplinary web organization, overseeing resource allocation, workload prioritization, and operational efficiency
• Provide strategic oversight for website platforms and infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and optimization of web properties

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading website operations or digital platform teams in complex organizations
• Strong understanding of modern website ecosystems, CMS platforms, and digital experience best practices
• Experience managing external development agencies and technical resources
• Proven ability to translate business priorities into actionable web initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Information Systems, Web Technologies, Business, or a related field preferred
