Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of optimization and experimentation, the full-time salaried Director of Web Optimization will enhance user experience across all lead-generating digital properties while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the optimization, experimentation, and personalization strategy for digital properties
• Oversee the end-to-end experimentation program, ensuring strong testing design and accurate analysis
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations that influence marketing, UX, and digital strategies

Required qualifications

• 7 years of experience in an analytic/strategic role focused on digital experience and optimization
• 3+ years of experience managing direct reports
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with web analytics and voice of customer tools
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
