Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Wireless Operations to lead large-scale wireless deployment operations across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead nationwide operations for deployment, installation, commissioning, and support of in-building wireless systems
• Develop and execute operational strategies to drive growth, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability
• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple projects and regions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, telecommunications, or construction management, or equivalent experience
• 8 or more years of progressive operations leadership experience in wireless infrastructure or related industries
• 5 or more years of experience leading multi-functional or geographically distributed teams
• Strong understanding of in-building wireless systems and project delivery frameworks
• Proven ability to manage budgets and operational performance metrics
