Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director - Scientific Lead, Women's Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as scientific lead for programs, driving target identification/maturation and experimental strategy
• Design and coordinate implementation of assays and models to characterize novel drug discovery molecules
• Provide mentoring and strategic insights to junior scientists and cross-functional project teams

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a scientific area
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Deep expertise in Endometriosis, Preeclampsia, PCOS, and women's reproductive biology
• Experience with in vitro/ex vivo/in vivo assays and models for pharmacological intervention
• 2 years of postdoctoral training
