Director of Workday Financial Systems

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise Workday Financials and Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform, the full-time salaried Director of Workday Financial Systems will manage a specialized team, oversee platform strategy and governance, and partner with finance leadership to enhance financial processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a specialized Workday Financials and PSA team while establishing scalable delivery models
• Accountable for the overall strategy and health of the Workday Financials and PSA platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
• Serve as a trusted IT partner to senior finance leadership, supporting core financial processes and driving automation initiatives

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise financial systems, including Workday Financials and/or PSA
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing ERP or financial systems teams
• Strong financial accounting knowledge with 5+ years supporting core accounting processes
• Experience operating in a publicly traded company with SOX and audit requirements
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior finance leadership as a trusted advisor
