Director of Workday Systems

Job Summary

Leading a team of approximately 10 HRIT professionals, the full-time remote Director of Workday Systems will oversee the strategic direction and operational support of the Workday HCM platform, including managing integrations and developing a roadmap to align with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and strategic direction of Workday and its integrations to support HR, IT, and Finance program deliverables
• Build and own the Workday roadmap and governance structure to prioritize platform alignment with business demands
• Lead complex, cross-functional HRIT projects from scoping through delivery while maintaining strong relationships with HR and partner team leaders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 10+ years of HRIS experience with deep Workday HCM expertise across configuration, integrations, and program delivery
• Experience managing and developing Workday teams
• Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across HR, IT, and Finance on platform strategy
• Strong understanding of platform governance, data integrity, and change management in a complex global organization
