Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team of HRIS professionals, the full-time salaried Director of Workday Systems will manage the Workday platform, overseeing modules such as Human Capital Management and Payroll, while optimizing HR processes and delivering data insights in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of HRIS Analysts, Architects, and Integration Engineers
  • Own the overall HRIS and Workday strategy, including governance and continuous improvement efforts
  • Oversee Workday system administration, configuration, security, and upgrades
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 7-10+ years of progressive HRIS experience with a strong emphasis on Workday administration
  • Proven experience leading HRIS teams and managing large-scale system implementations
  • Deep expertise in Workday HCM, including configuration and administration of key modules
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, processes, compliance requirements, and best practices
