Job Summary
Leading a dedicated team of HRIS professionals, the full-time salaried Director of Workday Systems will manage the Workday platform, overseeing modules such as Human Capital Management and Payroll, while optimizing HR processes and delivering data insights in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of HRIS Analysts, Architects, and Integration Engineers
- Own the overall HRIS and Workday strategy, including governance and continuous improvement efforts
- Oversee Workday system administration, configuration, security, and upgrades
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7-10+ years of progressive HRIS experience with a strong emphasis on Workday administration
- Proven experience leading HRIS teams and managing large-scale system implementations
- Deep expertise in Workday HCM, including configuration and administration of key modules
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, processes, compliance requirements, and best practices
