Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement strategies for workforce planning and routing across multiple channels

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Workforce Management or Workforce Engagement
- Proven leadership in Omnichannel transformation within complex service environments
- Experience with WEM platforms and implementing AI in service operations
- Strong analytical and financial acumen to drive productivity and efficiency
