Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Workforce Management or Workforce Engagement
  • Proven leadership in Omnichannel transformation within complex service environments
  • Experience with WEM platforms and implementing AI in service operations
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen to drive productivity and efficiency
