Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Global Workforce Innovation & Culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive employer partnerships that result in job placements by identifying hiring opportunities and building relationships with decision-makers
• Develop and execute a data-driven employer partnership strategy to meet measurable placement goals
• Provide labor market intelligence to inform program decisions and ensure alignment with employer needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Human Resources, or related field preferred
• 15+ years of experience in Consulting, Sales Enablement, Strategy, Talent Acquisition, or related fields
• Experience building partnerships with C-level executives and HR leaders
• Strong analytical skills with experience using workforce data and labor market intelligence
• Experience managing and developing teams with a focus on high-performance and solutions-oriented cultures
