Job Summary

Leading workforce processes and communications in a full-time remote capacity, the Director of Workforce Operations will oversee Reader lifecycle management, ensuring onboarding, registration, and support workflows are executed accurately and at scale while partnering with internal stakeholders during live operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee execution of Reader workforce processes, including onboarding, registration support, and scheduling coordination
  • Own communication delivery frameworks for Reader-facing messages, ensuring timely and accurate updates
  • Ensure operational readiness for the Reading event, activating contingencies as needed and supporting issue resolution during live operations
Required qualifications
  • Strong operational management experience with complex, high-volume processes
  • Proven expertise in communication governance and issue triage
  • Ability to build scalable and user-friendly structures
  • Experience in collaborating across teams to bridge strategy and execution
