Job Summary
Leading workforce strategy in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Director of Workforce Optimization will manage forecasting, capacity planning, and staffing models to enhance telehealth operations and improve efficiency across clinical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead workforce strategy, including capacity planning and staffing models across clinical teams
- Develop forecasting methodologies using historical data and predictive analytics
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align workforce strategy with company growth and client needs
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in workforce management, operations, or analytics
- 3-5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Deep expertise in forecasting and scheduling in complex service environments
- Experience with workforce management tools and data visualization platforms
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus
