Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale workforce, operations, or business optimization roles
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing enterprise workforce strategies
• Strong financial labor management acumen with a track record of data-driven insights
• Proven ability to design and lead an analytics team for capacity and labor forecasting
