Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team focused on doctor scheduling, onboarding, forecasting, and analytics
• Provide strategic leadership for workforce planning processes and ensure alignment with brand strategy
• Analyze trends and represent workforce planning in cross-functional forums

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in workforce planning or management
• Experience in a large corporate environment
• Familiarity with workforce management systems, including scheduling and payroll
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
