Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Work to Zero.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs the Work to Zero program, focusing on strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and research
• Leads and manages the Work to Zero team and oversees major projects and funding
• Engages with safety professionals and stakeholders to promote the initiative and its mission

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, business, technology, or a related discipline; Master's preferred
• 12 years of experience in environmental, health, safety, and/or sustainability fields
• 5 years of experience leading technology or digital transformation projects in EHS/sustainability
• Experience in delivering information to large audiences and high-level stakeholders
• Strong strategic leadership and supervisory skills
