Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Workplace Safety Ergonomics Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive program strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational mission and impact objectives
• Expand reach and impact by promoting programs to underserved audiences and establishing thought leadership
• Cultivate strategic relationships across all levels to drive alignment and enhance program impact

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, business, technology, or a related discipline required; Master's degree preferred
• 12 years of experience in environmental, health, safety, and/or sustainability field, with progressive responsibility
• Experience in delivering information to large audiences and high-level stakeholders
• Strong strategic leadership and supervisory skills
• Fiscal management experience
