Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA and global regulations
- Establish global safety standards and conduct internal and third-party safety audits
- Lead incident management and business continuity planning, serving as a senior safety advisor during crises
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field
- 10-15 years of multinational leadership experience in enterprise safety programs
- Expert knowledge of OSHA and global occupational health and safety regulations, including ISO 45001
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing global teams
- Advanced proficiency in crisis management, risk assessment, and safety management systems
