Director of Workplace Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of data-driven workplace strategy and occupancy planning services for a global corporate client, the remote Director of Workplace Strategy will oversee a team while managing workplace planning initiatives, feasibility studies, and strategic space requests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of evidence-based workplace strategy and occupancy planning recommendations that align with business objectives
• Operate in a player-coach model, actively contributing to analyses and project deliverables while guiding team members
• Serve as the central intake lead for workplace planning initiatives, prioritizing work and managing resources against contractual commitments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Workplace Strategy, Corporate Real Estate, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in workplace strategy, occupancy planning, or related disciplines, including team leadership
• Demonstrated experience in leading workplace strategy and feasibility studies within complex corporate environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights
• Experience with IWMS platforms and workplace planning methodologies
