Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital content strategy, with at least 3 years focused on YouTube management
• Proven track record of growing YouTube channels and increasing audience engagement
• Deep understanding of YouTube analytics, SEO, and platform best practices
• Experience with local news or media organizations strongly preferred
