Director of Zone Operations

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced leader, the full-time remote Director of Zone Operations will manage statewide operational initiatives, foster partnerships with local communities, and support the delivery of human services across North Dakota.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational initiatives to enhance the quality and consistency of state-funded, county-administered human services
• Collaborate with Human Service Zone Directors and county leaders to strengthen community partnerships
• Drive organizational excellence and influence the future of service delivery throughout the state

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Services, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of significant progressive leadership experience in human services, healthcare, or public administration
• Proven experience in leading large-scale operational initiatives
• Experience working collaboratively with multiple governmental or community partners
• Demonstrated ability to manage organizational change and complex stakeholder relationships
