Director Order to Cash

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Order to Cash.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion a high-quality customer experience and drive improvements in the cash conversion cycle
• Lead a team covering middle and back-office functions and oversee order management, fulfillment, billing, cash application, and collections
• Collaborate with various teams to assure orders meet compliance and processing requirements and engage in O2C transformation efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 15-20 years of management and leadership experience, including Shared Services leadership
• Strong track record of leading for growth and change
• Lean Six Sigma Certification or experience is a plus
• No travel required for this role
