Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Demand Generation - Paid Media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, forecast, and benchmark the paid media lead acquisition strategy to achieve revenue and pipeline goals
  • Maintain a data-first approach through continual tracking, KPI reporting, optimization, and experimentation to meet or exceed company goals within budget
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor members of the paid media team to efficiently use the latest range of techniques across various paid media channels

Required Qualifications:
  • 8-10+ years of paid media experience driving revenue impact in high-growth B2B technology companies
  • 7-8+ years of people management experience
  • Prior roles or experience marketing to buyers at various levels in a recurring revenue model
  • Core expertise in paid search, paid social, retargeting, display, and PPC review sites
  • Deep knowledge of marketing technology, paid media platforms, BI, and CRM systems to maximize efficiencies in campaigns
