• Provide managerial oversight of the Panel Counsel Program and support the VP of Claims Panel Management
• Manage relationships with panel firms, ensuring effective communication and performance evaluations
• Lead process improvement initiatives and enhance operational excellence within panel counsel operations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience with leadership responsibilities
• Juris Doctor (JD) required; 5-7+ years overseeing litigated matters
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Deep understanding of insurance claims litigation processes
