Director Partner Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Partner Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a multi-layered team of partner management professionals, including developing and nurturing leaders across the team
• Identify and own team-wide and program-wide initiatives aimed at improving the revenue generation capabilities of the partnerships program
• Work hand-in-glove with Partner Operations, Partner Acquisition, and overall Leadership to coordinate efforts across partners

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of people management experience in Partner Management, BD, or Channel environment
• Experience managing and coaching a large team of ICs, including developing high performers and leaders
• Track record acting as an executive sponsor for large revenue generating partnerships
• Ability to redefine, structure, test, and scale new elements of the Partnership program/organization
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape, HCM and Payroll tech experience is a plus
