Director Partner Manager

Job Summary

Managing the health and performance of the Governance and Risk practice strategy, the full-time Director Partner Manager will engage in partner lifecycle management, pipeline development, and cross-functional collaboration while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end partner lifecycle management, including joint business planning and performance tracking for the Governance and Risk practice
• Drive partner pipeline development and engage the right Deloitte partners in customer opportunities
• Conduct business reviews and coach Deloitte teams to build strong partner relationships and manage risks

Required qualifications

• 10-15+ years in partner management, alliances, or ecosystem roles within enterprise software or consulting services
• Strong understanding of partner-led and co-sell sales motions, particularly in Governance, Risk, and Security
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams in complex operating models
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies through partner ecosystems
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action
