Director Partnerships

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Partnerships to join their Growth team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand target partner's business needs, develop customized proposals, and identify growth areas
• Build and manage pipeline by qualifying leads and identifying partnership opportunities
• Execute and close complex partnership deals, educate internal teams on partner value, and mentor the team

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of B2B Healthcare sales experience, with a focus on Healthcare Payers and Insurance providers networks
• Experience in strategic transactions, channel partnerships, and complex contract negotiations with large technology companies
• Thorough understanding of the overall healthcare industry, specifically provider data
• Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
