Director Payment Network Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Payment Network Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall payment network partner relationships and oversee day-to-day operations with payment network providers for issuing and acquiring services
• Work closely with various teams within Payment Processing Operations to manage cost, SLA compliance, settlement reconciliation/exceptions, fraud & chargeback rates
• Track and troubleshoot any operational issues associated with any of the network relationships

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of financial services industry experience
• Minimum 3 years in payment network oversight
• In-depth knowledge of payment technologies - such as EMV and NFC
• In-depth knowledge of applicable rules & regulations associated with issuing, acquiring, and payment/debit networks
• Bachelor's degree
