Key Responsibilities:
  • Empower the sales team to meet or exceed monthly quota targets and forecast accurately
  • Drive sales excellence by ensuring a tight, repeatable, and effective sales motion for the PEO solutions
  • Build and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a performance-based culture

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience selling and/or leading sales teams in the PEO industry
  • Experience as a second-line leader
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Open-mindedness and collaborative approach to problem-solving
