Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee People Operations function to engage team members and reduce attrition
• Collaborate with various departments on team member engagement and develop strategies in alignment with organizational objectives
• Lead team in responding to, investigating, and resolving complex team member concerns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or HR industry certifications
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with 7 years in a leadership role
• Proven history of successfully managing a department with emphasis on team member relations
• Strong critical thinking, conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation skills
• Ability to manage and administer tasks related to HR policies and procedures
