Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Pharmacy Services (PBM Operations) for a remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy for administration of pharmacy benefit manager and vendor functions
• Direct development and implementation of pharmacy programs, processes, and services
• Lead strategy for pharmacy oversight and monitoring activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or relevant field
• 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• 5 years of experience in management, project planning/development, or network/vendor administration
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leadership teams
• Capacity to solve problems and manage multiple assignments with critical deadlines
