Director Product Enablement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a strategy and approach for product enablement and customer training based on company vision and direction
• Lead and coach customers through product training and enablement, with a focus on building a self-supportive customer base
• Oversee curriculum development and implement processes for curriculum design and implementation

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in building and implementing curriculum standards, systems, and processes
• Proficiency in using CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot to design and understand processes
• 5-8 years of experience in education/training and 3-5 years of SaaS experience
• Experience leading and mentoring a team
• Familiarity with the events industry is a plus
