Director Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Product Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to go to market execution and ongoing enhancements
• Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs
• Manage ongoing performance of products and capabilities by identifying key performance indicators and leading team initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field and related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Track record for developing strategy, implementing new products/services, and monitoring/optimizing products
• Able to influence large cross-functional team and determine optimal solutions based on differing needs
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and risk management practices in the financial services industry
• Prior industry experience within Merchant Acquiring and Money Movement space strongly preferred
