Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, deployment, and career development of product management team members

• Lead training sessions, workshops, and initiatives to enhance technical and leadership skills

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with 3+ years in a leadership role
• BS degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or related field
• Experience in designing and implementing career development programs in a scaled agile environment
• Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies
• Certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or Certified Product Manager are a plus
