Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the Product Delivery team from ideation to launch, collaborating with various departments
• Reduce cycle times and ensure accurate product delivery
• Analyze product roadmaps, designs, and systems, making recommendations to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
• Ten years of product management experience
• Seven years of management experience
• Expertise in multiple product lines such as life insurance, annuities, retirement plans, health insurance, and more
• In-depth knowledge of support systems for various product lines and impacts across functional areas
