Job Summary
Leading the internal development of the Universal Context Engine, the full-time remote Director Product Manager will drive product strategy and execution to integrate structured enterprise data with unstructured documents, creating a unified knowledge graph for AI workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the multi-year vision and roadmap for the Universal Context Engine, ensuring alignment with core query and data lake architectures
- Translate high-level architectural needs into operational execution, focusing on measurable business outcomes for the AI data layer
- Establish a trusted context layer that anchors third-party developers and partners to Workday, enabling premium operational agents
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical product management, data platform strategy, or software engineering
- BA, BS, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Deep experience in enterprise SaaS and large-scale data platform environments
- Knowledge of knowledge graphs, semantic layers, or LLM-routing with a strong engineering and AI background
- Proven ability to take complex technical capabilities from concept to enterprise-grade execution
