Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Quality & Risk Adjustment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary contact to State agencies for Risk and Quality matters
  • Lead local Quality committees and prepare required documentation for state projects
  • Collaborate with various teams to implement quality intervention strategies and improve performance metrics

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in quality compliance/HEDIS operations in a managed care setting
  • Strong knowledge in risk and quality, ability to inspire external providers, and deep understanding of quality metrics and standards
  • Project management experience in a managed healthcare setting
  • Preferred: 8+ years' experience in managed healthcare administration and Quality leadership role
