Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Quality & Risk Adjustment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact to State agencies for Risk and Quality matters
- Lead local Quality committees and prepare required documentation for state projects
- Collaborate with various teams to implement quality intervention strategies and improve performance metrics
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum 8 years' experience in quality compliance/HEDIS operations in a managed care setting
- Strong knowledge in risk and quality, ability to inspire external providers, and deep understanding of quality metrics and standards
- Project management experience in a managed healthcare setting
- Preferred: 8+ years' experience in managed healthcare administration and Quality leadership role
