Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer and technical support teams to deliver outstanding residential customer experiences
  • Create and own KPIs to measure efficiency of Customer and Technical Support
  • Establish relationships with business leaders to improve customer and client experience

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of multi-channel contact center experience
  • 7+ years of people leadership experience
  • 7+ years of strong analytical skills
  • 2+ years experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and AWS Connect
