Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Residential Support Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer and technical support teams to deliver outstanding residential customer experiences
- Create and own KPIs to measure efficiency of Customer and Technical Support
- Establish relationships with business leaders to improve customer and client experience
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of multi-channel contact center experience
- 7+ years of people leadership experience
- 7+ years of strong analytical skills
- 2+ years experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and AWS Connect
