Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Commerce & Retail Media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage team members and assist in ongoing optimization efforts for campaign success
• Plan and execute retail media campaigns, including account setup and bid strategy development
• Develop strong partnerships with clients and internal teams to drive innovation and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of digital performance marketing experience in ecommerce or related field
• Experience managing budgets, meeting KPIs, and owning client relationships
• Experience with SaaS platforms and bid management platforms preferred
• Excel skills and analytical mindset for data analysis
• High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
