Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Sales Development (USA Remote) in Chicago, IL, USA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine sales development strategy aligning with sales and marketing objectives
  • Manage team operations, conduct regular meetings, and provide coaching
  • Coordinate with marketing, design and implement outbound campaigns, and track performance metrics

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in sales development or inside sales leadership in Education Technology
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales automation tools
