Key Responsibilities:

Create a culture of Sales Engineering excellence
Establish operational excellence and align KPIs with sales leadership
Develop SE talent program, support SE enablement standards, and engage the partner ecosystem

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience leading go-to-market teams
Experience leading Sales Engineering teams
Experience building global programs aligned with sales priorities
Ability to contribute as a senior executive in various scenarios
CISSP and other Industry Certifications are desirable
