Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Service Delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage service delivery, quality, risk, and cost control within a specific portfolio
• Interact with key client stakeholders, monitor financial performance, and lead recruitment efforts
• Mentor delivery staff, nurture a learning culture, and maintain stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications:

• 15 years of relevant experience, with 8 years in federal consulting in healthcare solutions delivery
• Masters degree in a relevant area
• Experience in managing healthcare projects at a federal agency, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement
• Legal Authorization to work in the U.S
• PMP certification and experience working with the VA or VHA are desired
