Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Software Training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, oversee, and rollout software training content
• Establish and maintain metrics to measure training effectiveness and influence continuous improvement
• Analyze training needs, develop new approaches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve learning efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred
• 5+ years supporting or selling software brands/products
• 10+ years of client service experience
• 4+ years leading and managing teams
• Experience building learning and development programs in a SaaS organization
