Job Summary

Leading a team of Solution Area Specialists, the full-time Director Solution Area Specialist Manager will drive Microsoft Cloud and AI growth in the Retail & Consumer Goods sector by creating strategic go-to-market plans and fostering executive relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team while promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Execute solution area strategies to enhance Microsoft Cloud and AI adoption, driving revenue growth and customer transformation
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and lead strategic discussions to position Microsoft as a thought leader in the industry

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in technology-related sales or account management
• Proven track record in services sales or account management
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship
