Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Solution Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Balance business and client needs with technical constraints, develop innovative solutions, and act as partner and consultant
• Lead technical activities with prospective clients, developing and scoping solutions
• Develop and manage a team of high performing Solutions Engineers

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience selling technical solutions in a client services environment
• Minimum of 3+ years leading and developing high performing teams
• Ability to learn, understand, and communicate complex technical concepts and develop skills to create compelling solutions that demonstrate business value
• Demonstrate creativity when solving a customer's business problem
• Product Engineering experience a plus
