Key Responsibilities:

Attract, recruit, ramp, and mentor a team of Presales SE's
Partner with sales leadership on customer programs and marketing initiatives
Ensure customers' requirements are met through collaboration with Product Management and Engineering

Requirements:

3-4 years experience leading a team as a manager
7-10 years in the high tech industry with various roles
Experience in open source or cloud-first sales is a plus
Direct experience selling monitoring/data/visualization products
Must be located in PST timezone
