Director SOX

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of SOX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for internal control over financial reporting and lead annual SOX risk assessment
• Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with SOX requirements
• Implement SOX software, assess control deficiencies, and assist with special projects

Required Qualifications:

• BS or BA in relevant field, professional certifications such as CPA preferred
• 9+ years of experience in public accounting and publicly traded companies
• Industry experience with complex hardware and SaaS, extensive knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley and COSO Framework
• Proven results in process improvement and change management
• Ability to make effective judgments, understand industry trends, and juggle multiple priorities
