Director State Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, State Product Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set rate levels, customize franchise products, and deal with state idiosyncrasies to achieve profitable growth
• Manage relationships with Departments of Insurance during filings and market conduct exams
• Lead expansion into new markets, working closely with Legal, Actuarial, and Data Science teams to define product requirements and ensure successful launch and performance

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of state P&L responsibility within personal lines insurance or related experience
• Mental flexibility to blend experience with data-science-forward and technology-based approach to insurance products
• Ability to influence executives and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience using SQL for data analysis preferred
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment with superior teamwork and problem-solving skills
